Monkey D. Luffy
About this plate
Luffy runs down a sunny dirt road through a seaside village, grinning, while his straw hat bounces behind him on its string. White houses with flower boxes line the road, and the bright blue sea opens up at the end of it under big summer clouds. The scene is painted like a frame from a 1990s anime film.
