Roronoa Zoro
gouache grainstraw hat crew
About this plate
Zoro sits cross-legged in meditation on a mossy rock in a misty bamboo forest, eyes closed and hands folded, his three swords resting against the rock beside him. Tall bamboo fades into pale mist under a soft peach dawn sky. Flat gouache with heavy grain gives the scene a quiet, printed texture.
About Roronoa Zoro
Roronoa Zoro, known as Pirate Hunter Zoro, is the master swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates. He was the first to join Luffy's crew and is seen as his right-hand man. He fights with Three Sword Style, holding one sword in his mouth, and his dream is to become the greatest swordsman in the world, a promise to his childhood friend Kuina. With Luffy and Sanji he is one of the crew's Monster Trio, and he is known for a poor sense of direction.
