Roronoa Zoro
scifi paperbackstraw hat crew
About this plate
Zoro stands at the grassy edge of an island floating high above a sea of white clouds, his three swords at his hip. Smaller floating islands drift in the distance, and the sky fades from deep blue to pale peach. The painting style recalls a 1970s science-fiction paperback cover.
About Roronoa Zoro
Roronoa Zoro, known as Pirate Hunter Zoro, is the master swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates. He was the first to join Luffy's crew and is seen as his right-hand man. He fights with Three Sword Style, holding one sword in his mouth, and his dream is to become the greatest swordsman in the world, a promise to his childhood friend Kuina. With Luffy and Sanji he is one of the crew's Monster Trio, and he is known for a poor sense of direction.
